Mr. Oxian made a motion to <br />approve the roof; Mr. Nimtz seconded; motion passed. <br />12) 1017 Riverside <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she had approved a COA for 1017 <br />Riverside Drive to replace porch flooring, framing, and posts <br />with identical materials. <br />13) 545 River Avenue <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she had approved a COA for 545 River <br />Avenue for a new fiberglass shingle roof. <br />14) 722 Arch Avenue <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she had approved a CDA for 722 Arch <br />for a new fiberglass shingle roof. <br />15) 619 Edgewater <br />Ms. Klemnec reported that she had approved an addendum to a <br />COA for 619 Edgewater for a fieldstone planter at the top of <br />the riverwall being constructed by Mr. Kevin Smith. He will <br />also make a border of fieldstone for the small gardens on <br />either side of his front porch. <br />16) Union Station <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that Mr. David Kroll would be in town on <br />August 20, 1985 and would review the brick cleaning and <br />tuckpointing methods to be used on Union Station. Since all <br />of the restoration except those two items had been approved at <br />the July meeting, Ms. Kiemnec requested that the Commission <br />accept the decision of Mr. Kroll regarding the bricks. <br />17) 64/ River <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that a COA was applied for by Mr. Michael <br />Beatty for a modified picket fence along the front and north <br />sides of his property and a wooden deck at the north corner of <br />the property.
