Staff Report <br />1) Small Town Survey <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that additional funding for the Small <br />Town Survey publication has been received from the State <br />Historic Preservation Oftice for the Research Assistant and <br />Secretary. She,indicated that the paste up has been started <br />and work is progressing well; all four staff members are <br />working on the publication. The target date for completion is <br />September 13. <br />2) Survey Update $ Re-evaluation <br />a) 1313 Liston <br />Ms. Straw gave a report on 1313 Liston (see Appendix C) and <br />proposed re-evaluation of the rating from a C/10 to S/11. Mr. <br />Oxian made a motion to that effect; Mr. Hayes seconded; motion <br />• passed. <br />b) 1013 W. Washington <br />Ms. Straw gave a report on 1013 W. Washington (see Appendix D) <br />and proposed the structure be rated,an S/11 (had not <br />previously been rated). Mr. Nimtz madea motion to that <br />effect; Mr. Hayes seconded; motion passed. <br />Ms. Straw reported that she has completed most of the <br />fieldwork for the updating of the survey for Edgewater. She <br />has completed all the work for Riverside, the survey re- <br />evaluations will be on the agenda for September. <br />7. Old Business <br />Mr. Oxian suggested that more information be sent to the Commissioners <br />on COAs which will be reviewed at the meetings. <br />Mr. Hayes suggested that the solar panel issue be researched to <br />determine how other commissions handle it. <br />8.
