C <br />the last two weeks completing that Information so that the <br />application can be resubmitted. <br />2) Industrial Buildings Project <br />Ms. Klemnec reported that an award letter regarding our grant <br />from the State Division of Historic Preservation for the <br />Industrial Buildings Study has been received. She introduced <br />Mr. David Barrett who is currently working on the project and <br />he reported that he has almost completed the work on the <br />Studebaker Complex and Is currently researching and writing <br />the Industrial History of South Bend. <br />7. Old Business - No Report <br />8. New Business <br />a. Edgewater Place Historic District <br />Mrs. DeLaruelle asked Ms. Kiemnec to check out a report that a <br />garage behind 739 Bronson St. has been demolished and a new <br />structure put up, both without Building Permits or Certificates <br />of Appropriateness. <br />9. Hearing of Visitors <br />10. Announcements & Miscellaneous Matters <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that there will be an article in the upcoming <br />Indiana Preservationist on our Industrial Building Study. <br />A motion was made for adjournment; the meeting was adjourned at 9:07 <br />p•m• <br />4 <br />
