Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Martha Choitz, Mrs. Janeanne <br />Petrass, Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, Mr. Charles Hayes, Mr. <br />Michael Beatty, Mrs. Gina DeLaruelle, Ms. Karen <br />Kiemnec, and Ms. Elizabeth Straw. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Odell Newburn, and Mrs. Joann Sporleder. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. David Barrett, Research Assistant. <br />• 3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Oxian corrected page 2, c. Historic Landmarks, 1) Second Reading for <br />Landmark Designation for 227 Scott Street to read 227 North Scott <br />Street. Mrs. Choitz made a motion to approve the minutes of June 18, 1984 <br />as corrected; Mrs. Petrass seconded; motion passed. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to approve the Treasurer's Report as <br />presented; Mrs. Petrass seconded; motion passed. <br />5. Correspondence <br />a. Library Acquisitions Lists from the National Trust for April, <br />May, and June, 1984. <br />b. A letter from Congressman John P. Hiler in answer to Mr. Oxian's <br />letter of May 25, 1984 (see Appendix A). <br />c. Information from the Waterfront Center in Washington, D.C. <br />d. A brochure on a series of technical workshops on Successful <br />Rehabilitation sponsored by the National Park Service, the <br />National Trust, and the Association for Preservation Technology. <br />e. A flyer on Wabash Canal Days in Wabash, IN. <br />
