7. Old Business <br />a. Union Station <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported -that she had received a copy of a letter <br />from the Department of Code Enforcement regarding Union Station. <br />Code Enforcement has had the building secured for a cost of <br />$2,685.00 and will bill the owners for that amount. <br />8. New Business <br />a. Annual Report <br />Ms. Kiemnec distributed a fact sheet (see Appendix B) on the <br />Annual Report and asked that additions or corrections be called <br />in by Friday, January 20, 1984. <br />b. Plaques <br />Mr. Oxian suggested that the Commission look into signs for local <br />historic districts. It was also brought up that perhaps local <br />organizations and industries would be willing to donate or make <br />is plaques for local landmarks. Commission members will check into <br />the various possibilities. <br />9. Hearing of Visitors <br />Mrs. Carol Sheetz, a visitor and resident of Park Avenue, concurred <br />with the Commission's suggestion to see if plaques can be donated by <br />local organizations and industries. <br />10. Announcements & Miscellaneous Matters <br />Ms. Kiemnec announced that Mrs. Martha Choitz was reappointed on <br />January 10, 1984. <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to adjourn; motion passed; the meeting was <br />adjourned at 8:37 p.m. <br />• <br />
