Staff Report <br />i1) Small Town Survey - No report • <br />2) Industrial Buildings Project <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that 14 buildings have been completely <br />researched, 3 have been partially researched, and research <br />has been done on the overall industrial history of South <br />Bend. Mr. Wallar, the Commission's Research Assistant, will <br />attend April's Meeting to give a full report. She further <br />reported that the grant request from the State Division of <br />Historic Preservation and the Community Development <br />Department to extend the project has been approved. <br />3) Preservation Pian <br />Ms. Straw distributed an outline of the Preservation Plan as <br />well as a draft of the Objectives (see Appendix C). Mrs. <br />Sporleder reported that as part of the Plan, the Commission <br />wished to integrate programs with other governmental <br />departments. To that end, she, Ms. Straw, and Ms. Kiemnec <br />met with Janet'Holston of the Bureau of Housing and Pam Meyer <br />of Community Development and will continue to meet with other <br />departments. <br />4) Studebaker Clubhouse and Trees <br />• Ms. Straw announced that the National Register nomination for • <br />
