Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Janeanne Petrass, Mrs. Gina <br />DeLaruelle, Mr. Charlie Hayes, Mr. Michael Beatty, <br />Mrs. Joann Sporleder, Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, Ms. Karen <br />Klemnec, and Ms. Elizabeth Straw. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Odell Newburn and Mrs. Martha Choitz. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Ms. Jeanne Derbeck, South Bend Tribune Reporter. <br />0 3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Oxian made a motion to approve the November 19, 1984 minutes as <br />mailed; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; motion passed. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Mrs. Petrass made a motion to approve the Treasurer's Report as sent; <br />Mr. Oxian seconded; motion carried. <br />5. Correspondence <br />a. A letter from the National Trust on their recent acquisition of <br />"Montpelier," the home of James Madison. <br />b. Preservation Prgss Summer 1984, from the Preservation Alliance of <br />Louisville and Jefferson County, Kentucky. <br />c.
