Environmental Impact Statement <br />1) 739 Bronson <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that the shed behind the house at 739 <br />Bronson was reviewed by the Certificate of Appropriateness <br />Committee and found not to be violating the standards. It <br />also did not require a Building Permit so a letter was sent <br />from the Department of Code Enforcement requesting that in the <br />future, the owners comply with local ordinances and obtain <br />both a Building Permit and a Certificate of Appropriateness <br />before beginning any work. <br />2) 1608 Devon Circle <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she and Mrs. Sporleder reviewed and <br />approved plans to construct an addition on the rear of the <br />house at 1608 Devon Circle. It will be made of materials <br />like those on the main house except for the roof which will <br />be asphalt shingles instead of slate. The addition will not <br />be visible from the street. <br />3) 767-1/2 Lincolnway East <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that prospective owners wish to tear <br />down the house at 767-1/2 LWE which is in the Edgewater Place <br />Historic District. The house has had several unsympathetic <br />additions and is in poor condition. Mr. Nimtz made a motion <br />to allow the prospective owner, Mr. Dan Horine, to tear down <br />
