1. If a grant is received, the project will be carried out in accordance with the "Guidelines for Historic Preservation Survey and Planning Project," as provided by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division of Historic Preservation and Archaeology. 3.. If a grant is received, the owner or sponsor will keep accurate and com- plete records of all expenditures, transactions, and time or m4terial to be used as donated match. 9. In accordance with Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act (P.L. 88-325), the Department of Natural Resources requires that grant recipients not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment or an his- toric preservation project because of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry. All employees must be advised of equal opportunity and bene- fits. Any complaint of discrimination must be reported to the State His- toric Preservation Officer. 10, Upon completion of the project, the applicant will submit a Project Comple- tion Report as required by the NPS, documenting the work and results. 11. The sponsors or owners will cooperate with the staff of the Department of Natural Resources in meeting all the above requirements, as well as other federal requirements that may apply. 12.'
