1. If a grant is received, the project will be carried out in accordance with <br />the "Guidelines for Historic Preservation Survey and Planning Project," <br />as provided by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division of <br />Historic Preservation and Archaeology. <br />3.. If a grant is received, the owner or sponsor will keep accurate and com- <br />plete records of all expenditures, transactions, and time or m4terial to <br />be used as donated match. <br />9. In accordance with Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act (P.L. 88-325), <br />the Department of Natural Resources requires that grant recipients not <br />discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment or an his- <br />toric preservation project because of race, color, sex, national origin, <br />or ancestry. All employees must be advised of equal opportunity and bene- <br />fits. Any complaint of discrimination must be reported to the State His- <br />toric Preservation Officer. <br />10, Upon completion of the project, the applicant will submit a Project Comple- <br />tion Report as required by the NPS, documenting the work and results. <br />11. The sponsors or owners will cooperate with the staff of the Department <br />of Natural Resources in meeting all the above requirements, as well as <br />other federal requirements that may apply. <br />12.' This is not stated as a complete list of project conditions; it only provides <br />guidelines to give applicants an idea of the requirements. <br />13.
