Gall to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />2. Jay Nimtz <br />ALSO PRESENT: Karen Kiemnec, Preservation Planner; Jeanne Derbeck, South Bend <br />Tribune Reporter; Jeff Berndt, Tina Martin, Stacy Martin and <br />Nathan Martin, members of the Lincolnway East neighborhood committee; <br />Mrs. Esther Darr, Mr. Richard Darr, Mr. James Muldoon, owners <br />of the House of Flowers; Mrs. June Hoffman, HPC typist; and Mr. Raymond <br />Hoffman. <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Oxian noted that page four under Residences on Marion and Lafayette should <br />indicate that Mr. Oxian stated that the three houses were being handled by South <br />Bend Heritage. Mrs. DeLaruelle made a motion to approve the minutes of October 17, <br />1983 as corrected. Mrs. Sporleder seconded; motion carried. <br />1(.
