Mr. <br />Hayes proposed that the Commission put together an 8-f' x 14" brochure with a <br />tour map and list of.such homes for the occasion. <br />f. 120 S. Michigan <br />Mr. Oxian made a motion that the HPC request of the Redevelopment Commission <br />that a joint study be made of the building at 120 S. Michigan (first building <br />north of the Griffon Book Store, it is owned by the city) as a possible model <br />downtown restoration project. The city, HPC, and any other interested preser- <br />vation groups could participate in the project and it could be part of 'the <br />program of the May Preservation Conference. Mrs. DeLaruelle.seconded; motion <br />carried. Mr. Hayes and Mr. Nimtz abstained from voting. <br />9. Hearing of Visitors (see #6 Environmental Impact Statement) <br />10.
