Public Relations & Community Education
1) County Maps
Mr. Oxian reported that negotiations are continuing with a firm which will
finance reprinting of the maps. The firm would like locations of their
businesses printed on the back of the map and small symbols to note loca-
tions within the South Bend city limits. These items will have to be ap-
proved by Crumlish & Sporleder who hold the patent on the publication.
Mrs. Sporleder made a motion that the Commission instruct Crumlish & Spor-
leder that if the indications of South Bend locations on the city portion
of the map are small and unobtrusive, if the printed locations are in small
type, and both are in keeping with the character of the folder as a whole,
that the HPC will be in concurrence with the changes; Mr. Hayes seconded;
motion passed. Mrs. Choitz and Mr. Oxian abstained from voting.
f. Environmental Impact Statement
1) 68437 Pine Road
