Lincolnway East <br />Ms. Kiemnec read the proposed.standards for the district (see Appendix A) <br />and described the boundaries. The representatives of the neighborhood <br />agreed to both.and indicated they were anxious for the historic district <br />designation process to be finalized. Mr. Oxian made a motion to accept <br />the standards and boundaries and send the proposed district designation <br />to the Common Council; Mr. Newburn seconded; motion passed. <br />c. Historic Landmarks <br />1) Second reading for Landmark Status for 1007 Riverside Drive. <br />Mrs.' Sporleder asked if a permission slip had been signed by the owner <br />and Mr. Oxian indicated that it had. Mr. Oxian made a motion that <br />1007 Riverside Drive be declared a landmark and sent to the Common <br />Council; Mrs. Choitz seconded; motion carried. ' <br />2) Second reading for Landmark Status for 1059 Riverside -Drive. <br />Mrs. Sporleder asked if a permission slip had been signed by the owner <br />and Mr. Oxian indicated that it had. Mrs. Choitz made a motion that <br />1059 Riverside Drive be declared a*landmark and sent to the Common <br />Council; Mrs. Petrass seconded, motion carried. <br />3) Second reading for Landmark Status for 65150 Redwood Road. <br />Mr. Oxian made a motion that 65150 Redwood Road be declared a landmark <br />and sent to the County Council; Mrs. Petrass'seconded, motion carried. <br />d. Environmental Impact Statement <br />t) 66984 Pine Road <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she okayed an application for a certificate of <br />appropriateness for a new chimney for the house providing that it is in <br />the.same configuration as the old and that the mortar color is matched <br />to that of the house. <br />g.
