The assignment (item on <br />the Commission agenda) assigns the <br />Amended Rental Rehab Loan obligation <br />and Promissory Note to Mr. Travis <br />Shell, who will take title to the property <br />subject to the mortgage. <br />Mrs. Auburn asked whether Mr. Shell <br />had a track record regarding rental <br />properties and rental rehab. <br />Ms. Ernestine Ligon explained that she <br />and Mike Tinny spoke with Mr. Shell <br />and he understands the obligations of the <br />Rental Rehab Program. <br />Ms. Auburn asked if the Housing <br />Development Corporation follows up <br />with the client to see what is happening <br />regarding the property. <br />Ms. Ligon explained that there is an <br />annual inspection performed before <br />providing a Certificate of Waiver each <br />year. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Robert Hunt and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Addendum to Federal <br />Rental Rehabilitation Loan Agreement <br />for the rehabilitation of real property <br />recorded as document 9113769 in the <br />office of the Recorder of St. Joseph <br />County. <br />M. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE ADDENDUM <br />TO FEDERAL RENTAL REHABILITATION <br />LOAN AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />REHABILITATION OF REAL PROPERTY <br />RECORDED AS DOCUMENT 9113769 IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF ST.
