NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />k. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Certificate of Waiver for <br />property located at 421 N. Blaine Street <br />and forgives $700.00 as of January 31, <br />1996. (Nicholas L. and Mary Ann <br />Kenkel) <br />1. Commission approval requested for <br />Addendum to Federal Rental <br />Rehabilitation Loan Agreement for the <br />rehabilitation of real property <br />recorded as document 9113769 in the <br />office of the Recorder of St. Joseph <br />County. (717 N Blaine) <br />Ms. Manier explained that Janice and <br />Kenneth Miller entered into a Rental <br />Rehab Loan agreement with the <br />Redevelopment Commission in 1990. <br />The loan documents reference two <br />properties and that was an error. They <br />only received financing for one property <br />and are only rehabing one property. <br />Some time ago the mortgage was <br />partially released as to the property that <br />was incorrectly identified. The Rental <br />Rehab loan was not modified at that <br />time, however, the Addendum amends <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Agreement to <br />reflect its application only to the one <br />property in question. Ms. Manier noted <br />that the Millers would like to assign all <br />interests, rights, and obligations to Mr. <br />-17- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE <br />CERTIFICATE OF WAIVER FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 421 N.
