Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:34 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Gina �'DeL'aruel_le,Mrs. Martha Choitz <br />Mr. .Ted Wasielewski, Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, Mr. Charles Hayes <br />Mrs. Joann Sporleder. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Odell Newburn, Mrs. Janeanne Petrass <br />ALSO PRESENT: Karen Kiemnec, Preservation Planner; Leslie Choitz, Southhold <br />Restorations Director; Chuck Lahey, owner of 615 W. Colfax; <br />John Ford, attorney for Christopher Batalis; Christopher <br />Batalis, prospective owner of 615 W. Colfax;, Peg Fackelman, <br />Commission Secretary <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Oxian suggested a change under -#9 Hearing of Visitors for the October 18, <br />1982 minutes. He, rather than Mr. Wasielewski, stated that the HPC has no control <br />over land/UAF : Nimtz moved.to accept the report with the suggested change; Mr. <br />Hayes seconded; motion carried. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Ms. Kiemnec explained the transfer of funds from Line Item 241 to 263 to pay the <br />Commission's Secretary, Ms. Fackelman. She further reported that the Project <br />Small Town Survey Balance should be $4,048.83 instead of $3,448.83. Mr. Oxian <br />made a motion to accept the report; Mr. Nimtz seconded; motion carried. <br />5. Correspondence <br />Following are the materials received in the past month: <br />a. the 1982 Survey Results on the Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana <br />Training Course for Historic District Commissioners <br />b, the October issue of Conversation Report with a subscription bill <br />C. the Historygram for November <br />d. a fall/winter graphics catalog from Dynamic Graphics, Inc. <br />e. the October issue of Inn Review <br />
