Appendix A <br />POLICY FOR NEW COMMISSIONERS <br />-When a Commissioner resigns or does not wish re -appointment, the resignation will be <br />given to the appropriate appointing body with a copy to the HPC President. <br />-At the next regular monthly Historic Preservation Commission meetin the Commissioners <br />will choose, from a pool of applicants on file, three or four names�t6 be recommended <br />to the appointing body. <br />-Planner will contact these people to determine if they are still interested. <br />-If they are still interested, a letter will be sent to the appointing body recommending <br />these candidates.
