Ordinance Amendment <br />The Commission agreed to seek to continue have the Common Council have final approval <br />of delays in demolition, alteration, moving, etc., as has been done in the past. <br />Ms. Kiemnec was told to write a letter to Mr. Butler formally requesting that he <br />represent us at the APC public hearing of the Ordinance Amendment on June 15. <br />2. New --Certificate of Appropriateness Committee <br />The members of the Committee were announced: Ted Wasielewski, John Oxian, Joann <br />Sporleder, and F. Jay Nimtz. A meeting to suggest procedures was set for July 12, <br />1982 at 7:00 p.m. in the 11th floor Conference Room. <br />3. New Commissioners <br />Ms. Kiemnec suggested a policy for keeping.a pool of names -of people intereste.d,in <br />being on the Commission that the Commission might use to suggest to the appointing <br />bodies. She reported that these names might be gathered by a newspaper article. <br />(Appendix A) The Commission decided to have each Commissioner suggest names to Mr. <br />Wasielewski who would keep a file on them. <br />4. Downtown Buildings and 1982 Priorities <br />Ms. Kiemnec handed out a list of all 11's, 12's, and 13's in downtown within the <br />prescribed boundaries (Appendix B). The Commission agreed to have Mr. Oxian draw <br />up a plan for how, -we would undertake to save these buildings and what we would <br />present to the Council. He will have it ready for the regular June meeting for <br />discussion and a vote at the July meeting. <br />5. 1983 Budget <br />A budget was decided upon pending comment by the County Commissioners. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Ted Wasielewski, John Oxian, Joann Spor:leder, Odell Newburn, Charlie <br />Hayes, Gina DeLaruelle, F.
