Staff Report <br />1) Summary Report <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that the second printing of the Summary Report is <br />completed, .and she pointed out the minor differences in it. <br />2) Small Town Survey <br />Ms. Kiemnec introduced Pat Kridler, the IUSB student, who will be working <br />as an intern- 'on the Small Town Survey. She reported that the Commission <br />has received a six-month extension on the deadline for.the Small Town <br />Survey to February 1, 1983. <br />h: President's Report <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she will need a Small Town Survey Committee to begin <br />reviewing various aspects of the project. Mr. Wasielewski appointed Mr. Oxian, <br />Mrs. Sporleder, and Mrs. Choitz to the Committee. <br />',7. `.Old Business <br />a. 1D6wntown-,Buildings <br />".Mr. Oxian asked for comments or suggestions on his proposed ordinance. Mrs. <br />DeLaruelle made a motion that the Historic Preservation Commission send the <br />ordinance down to the Common Council; Mr. Hayes seconded; motion passed, <br />Mr. Nimtz voted no. (See Appendix B, Caucus, June 7, 1982) <br />8. New Business <br />a. - Southol d Ant i que,7Show- and. Salve <br />;Ms.Kiemnec reported that Southold Restorations had sold 8 of our Inventories <br />and Summary Reports at their Antique Show and suggested that.we send them a <br />Thank you letter., The Commission agreed. <br />b. County Auto Maps <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that there is only half of a box of County Auto Tour <br />Maps left and suggestedthat we might discuss revising and printing more <br />or working with Southold on the project. Mr. Oxian agreed to bring up the <br />subject with Southold at their next board meeting. <br />9.. Hearing of Visitors <br />10.
