Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:36 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Charles Hayes, Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Gina DeLaruelle, <br />Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, Mrs. Martha Choitz <br />Mrs. Joann Sporleder, Mr. Ted Wasielewski <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Odell Newburn <br />ALSO PRESENT: Karen Kiemnec, Preservation Planner; Jeanne Derbeck, <br />South Bend Tribune; Peg Fackelman, Commission Secretary <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Oxian suggested that the appendix number and date be added in parentheses <br />to #7. Old Business, #a. Downtown Buildings of the July 19, 1982 minutes. <br />Mr. Nimtz made ,a motion to approve the minutes; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; motion <br />_ passed. Mrs. Sporleder suggested.tha_f the Commission consider some kind of a <br />system for cataloging minutes or past motions. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to accept the report as written; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; <br />motion carried. <br />5. Correspondence <br />a.
