Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7;30 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />ROOM 1123 COUNTY CITY BUILDING <br />south bend, indiana 46601 (219 284 -9798) <br />Commissioners Conference Room <br />Seventh floor - County /City Bldg. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Charles Hayes, Mr. Ted Wa;ielewski, Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Gina <br />DeLaruelle, Mrs. Joann Sporleder, Mrs. Joyce Sherk, Mr. F. Jay Nimtz. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Odell Newburn. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Karen Kiemnec, Preservation Planner; Jeanne Derbeck; Kevin Smith; <br />Mr. A.G. Strandhagen; Don Keim, Edgewater Place Historic District <br />Liaison Committee Chairperson; Delores Davisson & her class: Theresa <br />Barton, Rita Harrington, Richard Gumerman, Stephen Riney, & Phillip <br />Perkins. <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />The March 15, 1982 minutes were approved as written. Mr. Oxian made the motion; Mr. <br />Nimtz seconded; motion passed. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Ms. Kiemnec read the Treasurer's Report for March. She reported that the first <br />installment of the DNR grant had been received and that the grant money as well as <br />the balance of Southhold Restoration's grant was reflected in the $2,413.79 figure <br />shown. She further indicated that the Project City Survey Account- will be closed <br />out as that project is completed. Mr. Oxian made a motion that the report be <br />accepted as read; Mr. Nimtz seconded; motion carried. <br />5• Hearing of Visitors <br />a. Report by Delores Davisson's Class on the Computer Project <br />Mrs. Davisson's class presented an overview of the project they are working on <br />for the Commission and gave each of the Commissioners a packet of information <br />explaining the project. Mrs. Davisson suggested that the Class might return <br />at a later date to discuss ways that the project might be implemented. <br />
