Call to Order <br />ROOM 1123 COUNTY CITY BUILDING <br />south bend, indiana 46601 (219 284-9798) <br />Conference Room - Third Floor <br />President Ted Wasielewski called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Ted Wasielewski, Mr. John Oxian, Mr. Daniel Reinke, <br />Mr. Charles Hayes, Mr. Odell Newburn, Mr. F.Jay Ji Nimtz, <br />Mr. John Appleton, Mrs. Joann Sporleder. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mrs. Ruth Price <br />OTHERS PRESENT: Mr. John Stamper, Preservation Planner, Mr. Michael Lutes, <br />Research Assistant, Ms. Jeanne Dubeck, Ms. Katherine <br />Brookins. <br />3• Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. F. Jay Nimtz moved for approval of the July minutes, seconded by <br />Mr. Odell Newburn. Motion carried, no corrections. <br />August minutes moved for approval with the correction noted. Mr. Nimtz <br />made motion for approval of Jeanette Burkett's continuing fall em- <br />ployment, seconded by Mr. Odell Newburn. Motion carried. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Three line items needed refinancing through in-line transfers, stated <br />Mr. Stamper. Funds would come from technical assistance. The following <br />transfers were to be made: $100 in postage to technical assistance, <br />$150 travel to office supplies. Mr. Oxian.moved and Mrs. Sporleder <br />seconded that in-line transfers be sent to County Commissioners. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Nimtz moved and Mrs. Sporleder seconded that Treasurer's Report be <br />approved. Motion carried. <br />5. Correspondence <br />Mr. Stamper read to the commission notification of the 12th Annual <br />
