May 19, 1980 <br />Page 4 <br />Historic Landmarks and Standards <br />/ Mr. Stamper presented a draft of the]etter to be sent to Firehouse <br />' No, 6, concerning the lack of proper malntaYnence. <br />Mrs. Price stated the Firehouse Theatre Group had received a $10,000 <br />grant, and the latter should be revised to advise them of the <br />historic status of the building, and the Commission would be available <br />to review their plans' It was felt the first paragraph of the letter <br />be ommltted. <br />Mr. Ow/an discussed the issue of facade easement ordinances and guide- <br />lines. Old Business <br />Mr. WasYelowski stated a latter was to be sent to Mrs. Gilbert and wasn't <br />done. It wamagread Mrs. Spmrlader would assist in writing the letter. <br />8. New Business <br />Mrs. Price discussed the application for a grant for completing the County <br />Survey, in incorporated areas, Mr. Stamper would do the fieldwork. Mrs. <br />Price requested approval of the application, and a matching fund provided <br />by the Commission, and so moved. Mrs. Sporleder seconded, and the motion <br />carried. <br />Nr. OxYan moved that a latter be sant prior to the application, to the <br />various town boards informing them of the application being processed for <br />historic surveys in their areas.
