Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1424 approving an <br />application for personal property tax <br />deduction for property located at 228 E. <br />Bronson Street. (Curtis Products) <br />Mr. Beitzinger read the staff report on the <br />project. Curtis Products fabricates metal <br />tubing and related assemblies for customers <br />primarily engaged in the agricultural and <br />automotive industries throughout the Untied <br />States. Their project calls for the purchase and <br />installation of a Model 300 Eaton Leonard <br />Tube Bender, a Spin Bead Machine, a Delphi <br />Spin Bead Machine, Two Induction Heaters, a <br />Burr Oak cut off machine and a Dickey Bead <br />and parting machine. The additional equipment <br />will allow the company to maintain its quality <br />and productivity, while allowing it to move into <br />new markets.
