Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mrs. Ruth Price, Mr. John OxVan, Mr. Tad WasialewskY, <br />Mr. Udell Newburn, Mr. F. Jay NYmtz, Mrs. Joann Sporladar, <br />Mrs. Joyce Sherk. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Charles Hayes, Mr. David Reinke <br />49 <br />ALSO PRESENT: Diane Greenawalt, Jeanne Darbeck, Ms. Karan K[emnec, Planner <br />Nr.John Stamper, Planner, Mrs, Gina DeLaure}le, Mr. Kick <br />Grimmer, and Mr. Phil KlY6e°frmm the Edgewater Place Historic <br />District, Pan Chadwick, Secretary. <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />The June 15, 1987 Minutes wany,approvad. A motion was made to approve them <br />by Mr, Ted Was|elewsk7 and seconded by Mr. F. Jay NKmtz' The motion was <br />carried, <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Mr. Stamper read the Treasurer's Report. Mr. F. Jay NYmtz moved that the <br />Treasurer's Report be accepted and Mr. Odell New burn seconded the motion. <br />The motion was carried. <br />5. Correspondence <br />The following correspondence was received in the Commission office: <br />a. A brochure on the National Trust Main Street Center Training Program. <br />b. An announcement for the /981 Community Preservation Workshop in <br />Redwing, Minnesota, sponsored by the National Trust. <br />c. A newsletter from Cooperative Preservation of Architectural Records. <br />d, Conserve Neighborhoods Newsletter. <br />
