Call to Order <br />ROOM 1123 COUNTY CITY BUILDING <br />south bend, indiana 46601 (219 284-9798) <br />Third Floor Conference Room <br />Room 823 <br />County/City Building <br />President Ruth Price called the meeting to order at 8:21 P.M. <br />2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mrs. Ruth Price, Mr. John Oxian, Mr. Ted Wasielewski, <br />Mr. Odell Newburn. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, Mrs. Joann Sporleder, Mr. David Reinke <br />Mr. Charles Hayes, Mr. Jack Smith. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. John Stamper, Preservation Planner, Ms. Jeanne <br />Derbeck, Pam Chadwick, Secretary <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. John Oxian moved that anything of importance that needs immediate <br />approval be made by Mr. John Stamper through a telephone call to one <br />of the absent Commission members. The motion was seconded by Mr. Odell <br />Newburn and it carried. <br />Mr. John Oxian moved that the April Minutes be approved. Mr. Odell <br />Newburn seconded the motion. The motion was carried. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Mr. Ted Wasielewski moved that the Treasurer's Report be approved. <br />Mr. Odell Newburn seconded the motion. The motion was carried. <br />5. Correspondence <br />Mr. John Stamper presented correspondence which included: <br />a. A catalog from Renovators Supply of Architectural products. <br />b. A publication from P.R.G. whichadvertises publications for sale. <br />c. The Historic Preservation Magazine. <br />d. A letter notifying us of the Governor's Conference to be held <br />Monday, June 15, 1981 and Tuesday, June 16, 1981, in Indianapolis. <br />Registration is $30.00 per person. <br />
