The motion to send the <br />letter was made by Mr. Oxian, seconded by Mr. Newburn and passed. <br />Staff Report <br />Mr. Stamper made a request to the Commission to copyright the <br />Historic District Guidelines, and to put the book up for sale <br />due to its increasing use and demand by other agencies. Mr. <br />Oxian moved to copyright and sell the book at a price decided <br />by Mr. Stamper. Mr. Newburn seconded. The motion was unanimous- <br />ly approved. <br />Progress report on the City Survey - Mr. Stamper stated that due <br />to an error in the printing of the maps, the Inventory Catalogue <br />will not be available until March 16, 1981. <br />7. Old Business <br />Acceptance of Resolution Number 9 (see attachment) was moved by <br />Mr. Oxian and seconded by Mr. Newburn. The motion was unanimously <br />approved. <br />The Commission suggested writing to Mr. Medow regarding 727 City Hall Ct., <br />stating that the home has no historical significance, but could be sold <br />through Southhold or renovated into apartments. <br />8. New Business <br />Mrs. Price informed the Commission that new Federal Legislation states <br />that a property must be certified and on the National Register, in <br />order for the donation of a facade casement to qualify as a gift under <br />the IRS regulations. <br />Mrs. Price suggested that the Commission by-laws should be updated. <br />Mrs. Price sould like to meet with Mr. Oxian on the issue. <br />Organization of Commission Committee assignments - see attached. <br />9.
