County/City Building <br />M I N U T E S <br />1. Call to Order: President, Ted Wasielewski called the meeting to order <br />at 7:40 P.M. <br />2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Ted Wasielewski, John Oxian, Charles Hayes, Ruth Price, <br />David Reinke, F.J. Nimtz <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Odell Newburn, Joann Sporleder, John Appleton <br />ALSO PRESENT: John Stamper, Preservation Planner.and.Jeanette Burkett, <br />Research Assistant and Jeanne Derbeck, South Bend Tribune. <br />• 3. Approval of Minutes <br />Commissioner F. J. Nimtz moved that the December 15, 1980 minutes be <br />approved as.mailed. Ruth Price seconded the motion, and it was unam- <br />imously approved. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />No expenditures were reported as of date from the Commission Budget. <br />An expenditure of $566.98 was reported from the Project City Survey <br />account. Mr. Stamper informed the Commission of the 1981 contracts <br />that had been made with himself, Jeanette Burkett, Hannah Moore and <br />Sylvia Gillis. Ted Wasielewski moved to accept the report. Mr. Nimtz <br />seconded. The motion was carried. <br />5. Correspondence <br />Mr. Stamper presented correspondence which included: <br />1. A letter which was sent to the news media announcing the <br />1981 schedule for Commission meetings. <br />2. An announcement for the 23rd annual seminar for Historical <br />Preservation to be held in Williamsburg, UA. <br />3. A catalogue from Renovators Supply which advertises light <br />fixtures, pumbling fixtures, etc. that are historical in <br />nature. <br />
