Karen Ki emn ec <br />Preservation Planner <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Room 1123 County City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear Karen: <br />In response to your letter of December 12, 1981 concerning our <br />interests in the preservation of the houses on Lincolnway East <br />owned by Mr. Friedline and Mr. Panzica, Southbold Restorations' <br />Board of Directors agreed on the following at our December 17th <br />meeting: Southhold Restorations would be willing to try to market <br />the houses for moving, in conjunction with Southold Heritage <br />Foundation and the Edgewater Place Neighborhood Association., <br />within the next year. <br />The details of this marketing and the move would have to be worked <br />out between the present owners, Southold heritage Foundation, the <br />neighborhhod association, and ourselves, before any committments <br />are made. <br />If you have any questions, please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Leslie J.
