Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted the counter offer from Bud Magee in the amount of $1,000.00 for the vacant lot located at 1215 Whiteman Ct. The next is a tenant occupied, house located at 612 Keasey St. The counter offer is from George Lee Frison and Emma L. Frison in the amount of $17,000.00. The purchase offer was in the amount of $14,500.00.
