Continued.... <br />$1,500.00 for the vacant lot #50 located <br />on Wenger St. The next is a tenant <br />occupied, residential house, located at 623 <br />Wenger St. The counter offer is from <br />Gene Wilkeson and Ellen Wilkeson in the <br />amount of $26,000.00. The purchase <br />offer was $22,250.00. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE COUNTER OFFER <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the FROM GENE WILMON AND ELLEN WH ICESON <br />from Gene A. Wilkeson and Ellen M. IN THE AMOUNT OF $26,000 FOR THE PROPERTY <br />Wilkeson in the amount of $26,000 for the LOCATED AT 623 WENGER Sr. <br />property located at 623 Wenger St. <br />ew The next is for a vacant lot at 614 Keasey <br />St. The counter offer was from George <br />Lee Frison and Emma L. Frison in the <br />amount of $1,000.00. The original <br />purchase offer was $563.00. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the counter offer <br />from George Lee Frison and Emma L. <br />Frison in the amount of $1,000 for the <br />vacant lot located at 614 Keasey St. <br />The next is for a residential property at <br />1215 Whiteman Ct. The counter offer is <br />from Bud Magee in the amount of <br />$1,000.00. The purchase offer was <br />$975.00.
