All voted in favor. 3-778 Certificate of Appropriateness: 11518 Adams Road The Commission reviewed the renovation plans. Mr. Oxian made a motion to issue a permanent Certificate of Appropriate- ness. Mrs. Price seconded. All voted in favor. Historic Landmarks Mr. Oxian made a motion to have the Commission and County Council recognize, by resolution, the building at 62012 Oak Road as a farmer schoolhouse. Mr. Kline seconded. Al.l. voted in favor. Mr. Oxian made a motion that the house and barn at 19109 Johnson Road be designated as landmarks. Mr. Kline seconded. All voted in favor. Mr Oxian recommended that the house at 710 Park Avenue be des- ignated a landmark. Mr. Kline seconded. All voted in favor. In designating the Leeper and Darden Bridges as landmarks, one alteration in the "B" standards has come about. This change or rather addition, appears in the first paragraph and reads as follows: The Area Plan Commission has the authority to deter- mine the architectural merits and the extent of any proposed treatment, renovation or addition to historic landmarks "in conjunction with the Board of County Commissioners."
