Crumlish participated in a meeting in Fort Wayne with the City, <br />who has contracted to do survey work there. <br />Craig Leonard from the SPHO office stated the new regulations for <br />state survey. <br />Because of some apparent drastic changes in the state approach, it <br />was recommended that Candy Peck and Ruth Price contact the state in an <br />41 attempt to finalize our contract agreement. <br />Please attach any pertinent correspondence or other information. <br />Recorded by <br />Date <br />Approved by <br />
