June 19, 1978 <br />Page 4 <br />isEnvironmental Impact <br />No report. <br />Presidential Report <br />Mr. Wasielewski announced Southhold's Antique Show and Collectibles <br />Show on July 2nd at Tippecanoe Place and Southhold's Tour of Homes <br />on the same day from 10 to 4. <br />Mr. Wasielewski was also going to write a letter to Jack Smith re- <br />questing Southold Restorations, Inc. to take charge of National <br />Historic Preservation Week next year. <br />Staff Report <br />Ms. Peck announced the staff had purchased a tape recorder. Also <br />she stated that her vacation was from July 24 - July 28, and that <br />several books previously ordered had arrived. <br />7. <br />678 Old Business <br />8. <br />678' New Business <br />Mrs. Price asked if there was a chance that the Commission could <br />have a special meeting to consider only the proposition of the con- <br />tract for the City Survey. The Commission members favored this idea, <br />and Mr. Wasielewski would call the meeting when requested by Mrs. <br />Price.
