Treasurer's Report <br />Mrs. Ruth Price moved <br />the Treasurer's Report be approved.as submitted. <br />Mrs. Sporleder seconded. <br />All voted in favor. <br />5. Correspondence <br />Mr. Stamper reported <br />that a letter from Mr. Gaylen Allsop had `been received <br />in which he stated he <br />would consider being the legal counselfor the <br />Commission again, ,for <br />the remainder of the year. He submitted his suggestions <br />for a framework of duties. <br />A letter was received <br />from the 'City of Evansville which included a'Memorandum <br />of Agreement in managing <br />Community Development Programs. Mr. Stamper explained <br />that it could be used <br />as a model for our Commission. <br />
