Any plans by your <br />commission to change its status should be taken up with their represent- <br />ative, Mr. John Phair. I have forwarded your letter to him and suggest <br />that future contacts be made directly with him. <br />Your request for meeting with our representatives, therefore, <br />seems inopportune at this time.
