Jay Nimtz <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Al Stivers, Mr. Tim Eckerl;e, Mr. Odell <br />Newburn <br />i <br />OTHERS PRESENT: Ms. Jeanne Derbeck, Mr. James Conley, Mr. <br />John Stamper, Mrs. Gertru;d Gilbert <br />879 3. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Nimtz moved that the July minutes be approved 'as submitted. <br />Mr. Oxian seconded this motion, ;and it passed unanimously. <br />879 4. <br />Treasurer's Report <br />Mrs. Ruth Price said that the question of withholding and Social <br />Security' deductions for John Stamper should be taken up with'the <br />County Auditor. She also mentioned the $5,000 which was placed in <br />the County General Fund. Mrs. Price then moved that the Treasurer's' <br />Report be accepted as submitted. Mr. F. Jay Nimtz seconded and the <br />motion passed. <br />879 5• <br />Correspondence <br />Mr. Wasielews'ki said the up -coming 33rd Annual Meeting of the Nation- <br />al Trust in October in San Francisco. 'Mrs. Price moved that John <br />Oxian, who will be the only, Commission member attending, be reim- <br />bursed for his registration fee of $105-00. Mr. Kline, seconded and <br />the motion passed. <br />
