Call to ;Order <br />Vice President John Oxian called the meeting to.order at 7:40 p.m. <br />779 2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mr. _Tim Eckerle,-Mr. Gerald <br />Kline, Mr. F, Jay Nimtz, Mr. Odell Newburn, <br />Ms. Joann Sporleder, Mrs. Ruth Price <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Ted'Wasie,lewski, Mr. Al Stivers <br />OTHERS PRESENT: Mr. John Stamper, Mrs. Gertrud Gilbert, Ms. <br />Jeanne Derbeck, Ms. Barbara Schankerman, <br />Mr. Gaylen Allsop, Mr. Jim Conley, 'Mrs. F. Jay <br />Nimtz, Mr. Brian Crunlish, Ms.'Deloris Davisson, <br />Ms. Rita Kopczynsk <br />779 3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mrs. Price moved that the May minutes be approved as submitted. Mr. <br />Eckerle'seconded. All voted in favor. <br />Mr. Oxian then said that his statement, in the June minutes, at the <br />top of page three, should read, "there was sufficient time to declare <br />the neo-classical house a landmark." Mrs. Price then moved that the <br />June minutes be accepted with this one correction.` Ms. Sporleder <br />seconded and all voted in favor. <br />779 4. Treasurer's Report <br />Copies of ,the July Treasurer's` Report were distributed and Mrs. Price <br />moved it be accepted as presented. Ms. Sporleder seconded. All voted <br />in favor. <br />Mrs. Price then asked John Stamper to prepare a written report of the <br />following items for the next meeting. 1. The status of $5,000 re- <br />imbursed to the; Commission for the survey done in the County which <br />was deposited in the General Fund of the County. 2. The status of <br />the money appropriated last year for city plaques. The Commission <br />was to be reimbursed. Regarding this, Mr. Oxian replied, No, not yet, <br />but that will be done." 3. The status of the grant for Consultant <br />services which involved the work Gaylen Allsop did on ordinances, pro- <br />
