Call to ;Order Vice President John Oxian called the meeting to.order at 7:40 p.m. 779 2. Roll Call MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mr. _Tim Eckerle,-Mr. Gerald Kline, Mr. F, Jay Nimtz, Mr. Odell Newburn, Ms. Joann Sporleder, Mrs. Ruth Price MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Ted'Wasie,lewski, Mr. Al Stivers OTHERS PRESENT: Mr. John Stamper, Mrs. Gertrud Gilbert, Ms. Jeanne Derbeck, Ms. Barbara Schankerman, Mr. Gaylen Allsop, Mr. Jim Conley, 'Mrs. F. Jay Nimtz, Mr. Brian Crunlish, Ms.'Deloris Davisson, Ms. Rita Kopczynsk 779 3. Approval of Minutes Mrs. Price moved that the May minutes be approved as submitted. Mr. Eckerle'seconded. All voted in favor. Mr. Oxian then said that his statement, in the June minutes, at the top of page three, should read, "there was sufficient time to declare the neo-classical house a landmark." Mrs. Price then moved that the June minutes be accepted with this one correction.` Ms. Sporleder seconded and all voted in favor. 779 4. Treasurer's Report Copies of ,the July Treasurer's` Report were distributed and Mrs. Price moved it be accepted as presented. Ms. Sporleder seconded. All voted in favor. Mrs. Price then asked John Stamper to prepare a written report of the following items for the next meeting. 1. The status of $5,000 re- imbursed to the; Commission for the survey done in the County which was deposited in the General Fund of the County. 2. The status of the money appropriated last year for city plaques. The Commission was to be reimbursed. Regarding this, Mr. Oxian replied, No, not yet, but that will be done." 3.
