April 16, 1979 <br />Page 5 <br />Arthur P. Ziegler, Jr. is coming to South Bend, May 9th. He <br />will give a presentation at the Rotary Club and also Tippecanoe. <br />Tippecanoe was declared a local landmark by City Council. <br />Ms. Sporleder spoke about the March minutes and suggested that Mrs. <br />Gilbert abstract the minutes from her shorthand notes and not do a <br />verbatim transcript from the tapes. Mrs. Ruth Price made a motion <br />that this procedure be followed. Ms. Sporleder seconded. Passed. <br />Mrs. Price remarked that the procedures for the Advisory Council <br />of the National Trust have been revised. She requested that the <br />Commission write for a copy of the revised procedures. <br />479 9. Announcements and Miscellaneous Matters <br />There were no further announcements. <br />479 10. Hearing of Visitors <br />No report. <br />479 11. Adjournment <br />Mrs. Price moved that the April meeting stand adjourned. Ms. <br />Sporleder seconded and the motion passed.
