A discussion
ensued about landmarks within districts, and the relation of the
Tax Reform Act of 1976 and the Revenue Reform Act of 1978 to
standards required in districts and landmarks. The discussion
was finally referred to a Combined Districts and Landmarks
Committee.
Mrs. Gilbert sent back a second set of wrong plaques.
More discussion on making Tippecanoe a landmark with "A"
standards. Apparently both Southhold and the potential new
owners are amenable to the notion.
Legal
A letter was received from W.
