October 23, 1978 <br />Page 3 <br />Historic Landmarks <br />16 Ms. Peck sent a letter to Paul Klein, St. Joseph County Council, <br />concerning the Plaque Ceremony on November 14, 1978, 7:00 p.m., <br />in the 4th Floor Council Chambers. Mr. Klein responded favorably <br />to the idea of a ceremony and was more than willing to cooperate. <br />Legal <br />No report. <br />Public Relations and Community Education <br />Mr. Wasielewski reorganized the committee, adding Mr. Oxian, and <br />making himself Chairman. <br />Preservation Planning <br />No report. <br />Environmental Impact <br />No report. <br />Presidential Report <br />is No report. <br />Staff Report <br />Ms. Peck requested a performance evaluation for herself. <br />Mrs. Price made a motion that the Commission appropriate $100.00 <br />to cover Ms. Peck's registration fees for an IUSB Grant Writing <br />Seminar. Mr. Kline seconded. All voted in favor. <br />Mrs. Price moved that the Commission appropriate $25.00 for mem- <br />bership dues to Indiana Landmarks Foundation, $30.00 for subscrip- <br />tion fees to the Association for Preservation Technology, and <br />$39.95 for all back issues and subscription renewal to the Old <br />House Journal. Mr. Klein seconded. All voted in favor. <br />Mr. Oxian made a motion that the Commission appropriate $297.26 <br />for the reprinting of 2,000 Auto Tour Maps. Mrs. Sporleder <br />seconded. All voted in favor. Mr. Oxian requested that Mr. <br />Sporleder correct and make additions to the map before it is <br />reprinted. <br />1078 7. Old Business <br />No report. <br />
