South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - March 1, 1996 <br />Daniels has submitted a proposal to provide <br />legal counsel for this refinancing at a cost <br />not to exceed $13,000 plus expenses. The <br />staff recommends accepting the proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the Proposal from <br />Baker & Daniels for professional services in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Studebaker Corridor Bond Refinancing) <br />I. Commission approval requested for <br />Proposal from H. J. Umbaugh & <br />Associates for Professional Services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Studebaker Corridor Bond Refinancing) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that H.J. Umbaugh & <br />Associates has submitted a proposal to <br />provide financial services in connection with <br />the bond refinancing for a fee of $13,000 <br />plus expenses. The expenses will include the <br />cost of printing the official statement. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Proposal from <br />H.J.
