May 28, 1975 <br />Page 3 <br />when he'is'brought in by Crumlish/Sporleder at the'end <br />of the second week of June. Ms. Davisson moved that a <br />Special Meeting be called. Mr. Stivers seconded the <br />motion and it was passed unanimously. <br />6. Discussion of Ordinance <br />Ms. Sporleder asked what was being done about drafting <br />anew ordinance. Mr. Nimtz responded that it had been <br />tabled until after the primary elections. <br />7. Discussion of Guests for West Washington Meeting <br />Mr. Oxian reported that Mrs. Riedle had talked to him <br />about inviting two gentlemen from mortgage companies to <br />attend the next West Washington tAiin meeting. He stated <br />that at the last meeting much of the discussion from the <br />floor was about financing and these two men could perhaps <br />clear up some questions and problems. It was decided <br />that since the roster of speakers had already been decided <br />upon, these gentlemen.eould perhaps enter into the discus- <br />sions informally but could,not be dficluded on the program. <br />8. Discussion of Budget <br />Mr. Oxian declared that with the approval of Mr. Catan- <br />zarite he prepared a budget for both the City and the - <br />County. He quoted figures of $1+,000 for the City bud- <br />get: $4,000. for half the salary for the Administrative <br />Secretary and Research Assistant and $10,000. for Tech- <br />nical Assistance for a City Survey. His budget for the <br />County amounted, to $11,355.00 - $70.00 less than this year. <br />He submitted an itemized budget listing those items in which <br />there was an increase and one item that had a decrease from <br />this year (attached). Mr. Nimtz moved that the budgets, as - <br />outlined by Mr. Oxian, be approved and submitted to the pro- <br />per authorities. Ms. Sporleder seconded the motion and it <br />passed unanimously. <br />9.
