■M <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3 <br />The President and Vice -President -of the Historic Preservation Com- <br />mission shall share the duties of official communication in the areas of <br />visual and written sources. <br />1. The President shall do all official communication for the following <br />Committees: Historic Districts, Budget & Finance, Community Edu- <br />cation, and Legal. <br />2. The Vice -President shall do all official communication for the <br />following Committees: Historic Landmarks, Public Relations, and <br />Standards. <br />3. All official communication for special committees shall be assigned <br />by the Commission to either of the above officers or the Committee <br />chairman. <br />4. The above designations of committee assignments for official com- <br />munication does not deprive any member to speak or write on the <br />Commission's official position or to state his or her view on any <br />subject to be discussed or approved by the Commission. <br />5. The following official communications may be made in committee or <br />after acceptance by the Commission of Committee reports. <br />6. Committee chairmen may be asked to or assigned by the Commission to <br />co-sign official communication. <br />
