Department of Human Resources and <br />Economic Development <br />July 3, 1975 <br />Page 3 <br />ted on a city wide map. <br />MEETINGS <br />The commission will be represented at regular or special meetings <br />with the department, the community, and the local governing agen- <br />cies to insure satisfactory development and understanding of the work. <br />PERSONNEL <br />TIME <br />All work will be under direct supervision of qualified architects. <br />Survey teams will be architects in training and will be trained in <br />survey techniques. <br />The work can be begun on August 1, 1975, or upon acceptance of this <br />proposal; and the work will be substantially complete within 400 calen- <br />dar days. <br />COMPENSATION <br />The Basic Work as described above will be completed for the sum of <br />Twenty -Six Thousand Dollars ($26,000). <br />ADDITIONAL WORK <br />This proposal is limited to the above work items. The following work <br />items are not part of the base work but are logical subsequent projects <br />which the commission will undertake separately if funds are available. <br />Brochure <br />Prepare a black and white, "camera ready" brochure to illu- <br />strate the results of the survey and to serve as an educational <br />booklet on the architectural heritage of the community, for the <br />citizens, useful as a guide and reference. <br />Preparation of Application <br />In the event either single sites or districts are selected for <br />nomination for registry, the commission will assist in the - <br />preparation of the application forms with the necessary accom- <br />payning illustrative work. <br />
