Old Business <br />Community Development Funds <br />President Smith reported that Mr. Hojnacki has verbally <br />assured him that the Historic Preservation Commission <br />would get these funds. <br />Plaques <br />Lois McMahon reported that three or four firms had sent <br />brochures regarding plaques but that none had sent any <br />price list. It was suggested that a committee should be <br />appointed to look into this matter. It was decided that — <br />the question of plaques be assigned to the'Landmarks Com- <br />mittee. <br />Annual. Report <br />Copies of the now completed Annual Report were passed out <br />to the Commission members and to the visitors. They were <br />favorably received and a discussion followed as to their <br />distribution.- It was decided to distribute them to public <br />institutions, to those on the mailing list, and to librar- <br />ies and museums. <br />8. New.- Business <br />National Trust Convention in Boston <br />President Smith said he is very interested in attending <br />and wanted to know if the Commission could underwrite his <br />e#enses in attending. It was generally agreed that irho- . <br />ever attended should receive the same financial support as <br />John Oxian had for the National Trust convention last year. <br />9. Hearing of Visitors <br />Mrs. Riedle suggested that the stipulation of designating the <br />color of the house should be deleted from the standards. She <br />was assured that it would be taken out. <br />10. Announcement and Miscellaneous Matters <br />There were no announcement or other matters to pursue at this <br />time. <br />11. Adjournment <br />Ms. Deloris Davisson made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Ms. Woolridge seconded this motion and it passed unanimously. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:35 P.m. <br />
