' September 9, 1974 <br />Page 7 <br />9. Hearing of Visitors <br />Mrs. Price asked that, in the absence of a Commission <br />member at the National Trust for Historic Preservation <br />Convention in Seattle, October 2 -5th, she be authorized <br />to attend and report back to the Commission on a special <br />meeting on October 2nd. Mr. Nimtz so moved. Mrs. <br />Sporleder seconded the motion and it was passed unanimously. <br />Mrs. Davisson moved that if Mr. Oxian decided to go to the <br />Convention, the Commission would reimburse him for fees <br />and hotel accomodations not to exceed $200. Mrs. Sporleder <br />seconded the motion. It passed unanimously. <br />10. Announcements & Miscellaneous <br />Mr. Smith announced a meeting of the 6th Annual Indiana <br />Conference on Historic Preservation in Bloomington, Indiana <br />on September 13th and 14th. Mr. Patrick Furlong from <br />I.U.S.B. will be attending. Mrs. Davisson suggested that <br />he be invited to report to the Commission on it. <br />11.
