Call to Order <br />President Smith called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Ms. Deloris Davisson, Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, <br />Mr. John Oxian, Mr. Russell Rothermel, <br />Mr. Jack Smith, Ms. Joanne Sporleder <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Al Paszek, Mr. Al Stivers, Ms. Chris <br />Woolridge <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Stephen Eddy, Mr. Brian Crumlish, <br />Ms. Ruth Price, Ms. Judy Studer, Ms. <br />Wendy Schlereth <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />The minutes of the September 9, 1974 meeting were approved <br />as submitted. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Ms. Davisson reported expenditures of <br />1.75 to Historic Charleston Foundation for <br />Historic Charleston Guidebook <br />13.90 Postage, August <br />5.20 Postage, September <br />1.85 Duplicating, August <br />2.02 Duplicating, September <br />50.00 #350 3M paper for copier in Area Plan Comm. <br />8.32 Memorex tape, 2 reels <br />585.04 <br />Mr. Nimtz moved that these expenditures be approved. Mr. <br />Smith seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. <br />Ms. Davisson stated that funds needed to be transferred <br />from the line item Legal Assistance in the 1974 budget to <br />Technical Assistance to cover the costs of the contracts <br />with Crumlish/Sporleder and Associates and with Ms. <br />Schlereth. Mr. Nimtz moved that $650.00 be transferred <br />
