South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - November 3, 1995 <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the staff anticipates closing <br />very soon on the two projects for Parcel 11 in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. Hydronics <br />will be building soon in the same area. Midwest <br />Machine, at the corner of Garst and Lafayette, is <br />coming along nicely. There is quite a bit of <br />development in the former Studebaker Corridor. <br />8. NEXT COMNIISSION MEETING <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commission is scheduled for November 17, 1995 <br />at 10:00 a.m. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before <br />the Redevelopment Commission, Mr. Hunt made <br />a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
