It has not <br />been previously authorized. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved Change Order <br />#2 with Ken Herceg & Associates for <br />professional services in the West <br />Washington - Chapin Development Area. <br />X. Commission approval requested for <br />Proposal from McCloskey -Pitts <br />Appraisers for professional services in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the staff has <br />received a proposal from McCloskey -Pitts <br />to perform an appraisal of the structure at <br />701 E. Pennsylvania. This is a five -unit <br />building structure, the original Wenger <br />farmhouse. Historic Preservation would <br />like the structure saved. We need to put <br />together cost estimates, not only for <br />acquiring the property but also for <br />rehabilitating it.
